  1. Return Policy

At JAY PARAS AGENCIES, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 3-day return policy.

Return Window: You have 3 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Process:

Contact our customer service team at info@trykurta.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your request.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
Exclusions: Some items, such as customized or final sale products, are not eligible for return.

  1. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:

Refund Window: Refunds will be Credited within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

Condition for Refunds: The item must meet our return policy requirements (unused, original condition, etc.). If the returned item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs incurred for the original purchase are non-refundable. If the item was returned due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
